- 1 can artichoke hearts (not marinated, 13 oz. or 15 oz.)
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- garlic powder to taste
- 20 pitted black olives, cut in quarters
- 1 medium jar pimentos, drain and chop or get minced
Directions

1Cut artichokes in quarters.

2Add all ingredients and mix together.

3Put in lightly greased (use oil) Pyrex pie plate 9-inch or low quiche dish.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

5Use any kind of crackers.
