Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts (not marinated, 13 oz. or 15 oz.)
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • garlic powder to taste
  • 20 pitted black olives, cut in quarters
  • 1 medium jar pimentos, drain and chop or get minced

Directions

    Cut artichokes in quarters.

    Add all ingredients and mix together.

    Put in lightly greased (use oil) Pyrex pie plate 9-inch or low quiche dish.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Use any kind of crackers.
