  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • dash of white pepper

Directions

    Grind artichoke hearts in food processor until smooth.

    Mix with mayonnaise and cheese.

    Pour into dish.

    Cover with Parmesan cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes, until light brown. Serve with Triscuits crackers.
