- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- dash of white pepper
Directions

1Grind artichoke hearts in food processor until smooth.

2Mix with mayonnaise and cheese.

3Pour into dish.

4Cover with Parmesan cheese.

5Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes, until light brown. Serve with Triscuits crackers.
