  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 2 chopped pepperoncinis
  • 1 to 2 garlic cloves, crushed and chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh thyme and oregano, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. pine nuts, chopped
  • black pitted olives, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Hellmann's mayonnaise combined with 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard

    In saucepan, mix oil and butter with basil, garlic, peppers and herbs.

    Cook until garlic is half done.

    Add olives and pepperoncinis.

    Cook for 1 minute.
