  • 8 qt. artichokes, sliced
  • 2 lb. chopped onions
  • 6 stalks celery, chopped
  • 6 green peppers
  • 3 lb. light brown sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 4 Tbsp. white mustard seed
  • 4 Tbsp. turmeric
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 3 qt. cider vinegar
  • 1 c. vinegar, mixed with 1 c. plain flour
