- 1 clove garlic
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 c. grated cheese
- 6 oz. shredded Mozzarella
- 1 All-Ready pie crust
Directions

1Place pie crust in pie pan and flute edges.

2Dice garlic. Place oil, artichokes and garlic in pan and saute.

3In a medium size bowl, beat the eggs and add 1/4 cup grated cheese.

4Add Mozzarella and artichokes and garlic.

5Mix well.

6Pour into pie crust.

7Bake at 450° for 15 minutes.

8Lower the oven temperature to 350° and bake for 35 minutes.

9Take out of the oven. Wait until cooled and then serve.
