  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 jars artichoke hearts, drained
  • 3 slices bread, cubed
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated

Directions

    Drain artichokes and save oil.

    Beat eggs, add oil, artichokes and remaining ingredients.

    Save some cheese for the top.

    Put in a small baking pan and top with remaining cheese. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
