- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 jars artichoke hearts, drained
- 3 slices bread, cubed
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
Directions

1Drain artichokes and save oil.

2Beat eggs, add oil, artichokes and remaining ingredients.

3Save some cheese for the top.

4Put in a small baking pan and top with remaining cheese. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
