- 1 (6 oz.) jar or 8 oz. can artichokes, drained and chopped
- 2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (1 is plenty for some)
Directions

1Mix all ingredients in 1/2-quart casserole dish.

2Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until browned and bubbly.

3Serve with Stoned Wheat Thins.
