Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) jar or 8 oz. can artichokes, drained and chopped
  • 2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (1 is plenty for some)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in 1/2-quart casserole dish.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until browned and bubbly.

    Serve with Stoned Wheat Thins.

    (This can be doubled, tripled, whatever.)
