  • 1 can artichoke hearts (not pickled)
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. garlic powder

Directions

    Drain and finely chop artichokes.

    Mix with other ingredients. Spray a shallow pan and bake 30 minutes at 350°.

    Serve warm with crackers.
