- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 cup Oatmeal
- 3 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds
- 1/4 cups Sugar
- 4 Tablespoons Butter
- 1/2 cups Milk
- Coarse Salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325F.

2Process oatmeal in a food processor until coarsely chopped.

3In a large bowl, combine the flour, oatmeal, sesame seeds, sugar and salt.

4Cut in the butter.

5Then stir in the milk, adding just enough milk to form a workable dough.

6On a flour dusted surface, divide the dough into two pieces and roll it out ultra-thin, one piece at a time.

7Sprinkle liberally with coarse salt, if desired, and use the rolling pin to press the salt into the dough.

8Cut the dough into desired shapes.

9For a rustic look, make irregular pieces.

10Transfer the crackers to baking sheets and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until they begin to brown.

11Cool on a rack.
