Asian Eggplant

  • 1/2 each eggplant
  • 2 each red fresno chilis
  • 1 tbsp miso
  • 1/4 cup sake
  • 2 each green onions
  • 1 tbsp ginger

Directions

    Stir fry eggplant and chili's in a bit of high temp oil.

    I use peanut oil.

    Mix sake and miso.
  4. 4
    Add the sake/miso mixture to the eggplant and remove from heat.

    Add the sesame seeds and 2 chopped green onions.

    Stir for a few min.

    and serve.
