- 1/2 each eggplant
- 2 each red fresno chilis
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1/4 cup sake
- 2 each green onions
- 1 tbsp ginger
Directions

1Stir fry eggplant and chili's in a bit of high temp oil.

2I use peanut oil.

3Mix sake and miso.

4Add the sake/miso mixture to the eggplant and remove from heat.

5Add the sesame seeds and 2 chopped green onions.

6Stir for a few min.

7and serve.
