Asparagus Casserole

- 1 can asparagus spears
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 21 Ritz crackers, crushed
- 2 tsp. margarine
- 3/4 lb. Swiss cheese, sliced
Directions

1Melt margarine and place in rectangular casserole dish.

2Put crushed Ritz crackers on top of margarine.

3Drain asparagus and place in casserole dish.

4Drain artichoke hearts and cut in half and place in between asparagus spears.

5Slice hard-boiled eggs over asparagus and artichoke hearts.

6Place sliced Swiss cheese on top.

7Mix cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 can of water and pour on top of Swiss cheese.

8Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until heated through.

9Serves 6.
