- 1 can asparagus spears, drained
- 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- salt
- pepper
- crushed cracker crumbs
Directions

1Place first 3 ingredients layered in buttered casserole. Place next 5 ingredients in skillet, making a white sauce until medium consistency.

2Pour over other ingredients.

3Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.

4Place cracker crumbs on top last 10 minutes.
