- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can asparagus, drained
- 2 (15 oz.) cans English peas
- 4 boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Melt margarine.

2Add flour, mustard and soup.

3Cook until thick.

4Drain vegetables.

5In a 2-quart casserole, layer asparagus, peas and eggs.

6Pour sauce over this.

7Saute 2 tablespoons margarine and bread crumbs to light brown.

8Place on top of casserole and sprinkle on cheese.

9Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
