Asparagus Casserole

  • 3 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 can Campbell's mushroom soup
  • 1 can asparagus
  • 1 c. grated New York sharp cheese
  • 1 1/4 tubes Ritz crackers
  • juice from asparagus plus enough milk to fill soup can

    Crush crackers.

    Rub a 2-quart flat casserole dish with margarine.

    Layer half of asparagus, cut eggs and cheese.

    Pour 1/2 of soup mixture over layer.

    Repeat process.

    Top with a few crumbs.

    Dot with margarine.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
