  • 2 cup Uncooked farfalles
  • 1 lb Asparagus chopped in 1 inch pcs
  • 1/2 cup Sliced orange pepper
  • 1 cup Sun dried tomatoes in oil , julienne
  • 1/2 cup Chicken broth
  • 50 grams Philadelphia
  • 1 tbsp Fresh, chopped oregano
  • 1 cup Italiano grated cheese

Directions

    Meanwhile cook pepper and tomatoes in a large pan, on high heat ., until tender but still crispy.

    Cook pasta but omit salt.

    2 minutes before the end, add asparagus to boiling water.

    Let cook , deain

    Add pasta ,asparagus, brith, cream cheese and oregano .

    Mix well.

    Cook while stirring for 5 min or until sauce slightly thickens.

    Garnish with shredded cheese.. Cook another 2 min til cheese melts.

    ( add cooked shrimp or chicken cubes)
