- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 lb. fresh asparagus, in 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 Tbsp. minced onions
- 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
Directions

1Layer Swiss in bottom of pie shell; add asparagus and onions. Mix eggs, milk, sour cream and salt and pepper.

2Put over top. Bake at 375° for 35 to 45 minutes.
