Asparagus Quiche

  • 9-inch uncooked pie shell
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 lb. fresh asparagus, in 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 Tbsp. minced onions
  • 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper

Directions

    Layer Swiss in bottom of pie shell; add asparagus and onions. Mix eggs, milk, sour cream and salt and pepper.

    Put over top. Bake at 375° for 35 to 45 minutes.
