  • 4 Tablespoons Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Thin Noodles, Hand Crushed
  • 4 cups Uncooked Rice
  • 9 cups Boiling Water
  • 1 cube Chicken Bouillon

Directions

    Heat a saucepan, add butter and garlic. Saute garlic until golden brown from both sides. Remove.

    Add noodles and saute until golden brown. Add rice and continue sauteing for 2 minutes. Pour boiling water in the pot and add the bouillon cube. Let simmer and stir frequently.

    When almost all the liquid has been absorbed, about 30 minutes or so, remove from heat and cool for 30 minutes. Seaon to taste.
