- 5 c. flour
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 3/4 c. water
Directions

1Heat water until hot enough to melt butter.

2Add sugar and cool to lukewarm.

3Add yeast, let set for 5 minutes or until yeast is bubbly.

4Add egg and salt.

5Add flour 1 cup at a time and mix well. When you have a soft dough, turn out on a floured surface and knead well.

6Cover and let rise until double in bulk.

7Pinch or cut into rolls and place on a greased pan.

8Cover and let rise again until double in bulk.
