Aunt Gladys' Chocolate Pie

   Mix sugar, flour and Quik.

   Add milk and egg yolks.

   Mix well. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick.

   Beat until smooth.

   Pour into baked 9-inch pie crust.

   Beat whites until stiff.

   Add 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar. Beat until stiff peaks form.

   Put on pie and cook for 15 minutes at 350° or until brown as desired.
