- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 3 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 (2 1/2 c.) can tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
- 1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
- 3/4 lb. thinly sliced Mozzarella cheese
- 1 lb. Ricotta or cottage cheese
Directions

1Day before or early in day:

2In hot oil in skillet, saute onion.

3Add beef and cook until red color disappears.

4Slice garlic.

5Mash with salt.

6Add to meat with pepper, oregano, parsley, tomatoes, tomato sauce and 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Simmer covered for 30 minutes.

7Refrigerate until ready to use.
