  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 16 oz. can cream corn
  • 3/4 c. crushed saltines
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, cut into pieces
  • 1 Tbsp. flour

    Place egg in casserole and beat well.

    Stir in milk, corn, crackers, butter and flour.

    Microwave at High for 5 minutes; stir well.
