Ingredients
- 4 medium Potatoes
- 80 grams Wiener sausages
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tbsp Grain mustard
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Coarse ground black pepper
- 1 dash Olive oil
Directions

1Peel the potatoes.

2Slice thinly and briefly soak in water.

3Leave in the strainer to drain.

4Cut the sausages diagonally into moderately thin slices.

5In a dry frying pan, saute the sausages over low heat.

6When the sausages have browned thoroughly, remove from the pan and set them aside on a plate.

7In the same frying pan, add olive oil, potato slices, salt, and pepper.

8Saute until the potatoes turn a transparent white colour.

9Turn up the heat to medium and add the sausages from step 3.

10Continue to saute.

11When the potatoes and sausage are well mixed, turn off the heat.

12Add the mayonnaise and grain mustard, mix well, and you are done.
