- 2 (1-inch) boneless butterfly pork chops
- 1 Tbsp. coriander
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 1 Granny Smith apple
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- water
Directions

1Combine coriander and celery seed.

2Apply to both sides of chops.

3Core and slice apple.

4Put butter in electric skillet and melt.

5Place chops and apples in skillet.

6Sprinkle brown sugar on apples.

7Put about 1 inch of water in skillet.

8Cook at approximately 250° for 8 to 10 minutes on each side.

9Add more water if needed.
