  • 2 (1-inch) boneless butterfly pork chops
  • 1 Tbsp. coriander
  • 1 Tbsp. celery seed
  • 1 Granny Smith apple
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • water

Directions

    Combine coriander and celery seed.

    Apply to both sides of chops.

    Core and slice apple.

    Put butter in electric skillet and melt.

    Place chops and apples in skillet.

    Sprinkle brown sugar on apples.

    Put about 1 inch of water in skillet.

    Cook at approximately 250° for 8 to 10 minutes on each side.

    Add more water if needed.
