  • 2 c. tiny shrimp
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 small apple, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 can chicken soup
  • 2 tsp. curry or to taste
  • 6 ripe avocados
  • rice
  • salt to taste
