  • 125g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Classic Mayonnaise
  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
  • juice of 1/2 lemon Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
  • 5 spring onions, sliced
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 230g packet corn chips
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 1/2 cups grated cheese

Directions

    Combine Philly*, mayonnaise, avocado, sweet chilli sauce and lemon juice in a bowl until smooth.

    Fold through spring onions, salt and pepper.

    Chill until serving.

    Arrange corn chips on a serving platter.

    Top with salsa and sprinkle with cheese.

    Place under a hot grill and cook until golden brown.

    Serve with guacamole.
