- 1 whole Ripe Avocado
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Onion, Finely Diced
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1 dash Garlic Powder
- 36 whole Cherry Tomatoes (optional)
Directions

1Cut avocado into chunks.

2Place all ingredients (except the tomatoes) in a blender and blend until smooth.

3Serve as is, with crackers or nacho chips, or fill it into cherry tomatoes.

4For the cherry tomato version: Cut off the top of each tomato.

5Scoop out, leaving only the outer firm shell.

6Cut a small slice from the bottom so the tomatoes stand upright (dont cut open the bottom just cut a sliver off so that it stands upright).

7Fill with avocado dip and garnish with fresh cilantro.
