  • 1 whole Ripe Avocado
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Onion, Finely Diced
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 1 dash Garlic Powder
  • 36 whole Cherry Tomatoes (optional)

Directions

    Cut avocado into chunks.

    Place all ingredients (except the tomatoes) in a blender and blend until smooth.

    Serve as is, with crackers or nacho chips, or fill it into cherry tomatoes.

    For the cherry tomato version: Cut off the top of each tomato.

    Scoop out, leaving only the outer firm shell.

    Cut a small slice from the bottom so the tomatoes stand upright (dont cut open the bottom just cut a sliver off so that it stands upright).

    Fill with avocado dip and garnish with fresh cilantro.
