  • half of an onion, chopped
  • 1 (11 ounce) can mexicorn
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 small tomatoes
  • 3 avocados, chopped
  • 13 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions

    In a medium saucepan, combine onion, mexicorn, garlic, water, and lemon juice.

    Cook ingredients until they become soft.

    Remove from heat and let cool.

    Add avocados to mixing bowl and mash until it becomes a chunky consistency.

    Add cooked ingredients to mashed avocados in bowl.

    Strain tomato and add to bowl.
