- half of an onion, chopped
- 1 (11 ounce) can mexicorn
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 small tomatoes
- 3 avocados, chopped
- 13 cup water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions

1In a medium saucepan, combine onion, mexicorn, garlic, water, and lemon juice.

2Cook ingredients until they become soft.

3Remove from heat and let cool.

4Add avocados to mixing bowl and mash until it becomes a chunky consistency.

5Add cooked ingredients to mashed avocados in bowl.

6Strain tomato and add to bowl.
