- 4 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/2 can (5 1/4 oz.) black olives, finely chopped
- 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can (4 oz.) chili peppers, chopped
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Mash avocado and mix with sour cream and lemon juice.

2Add remaining ingredients.

3Serve immediately.

4If serving later, store covered in refrigerator with avocado pits on top.
