  • 4 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 can (5 1/4 oz.) black olives, finely chopped
  • 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can (4 oz.) chili peppers, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Mash avocado and mix with sour cream and lemon juice.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Serve immediately.

    If serving later, store covered in refrigerator with avocado pits on top.

    This prevents browning, serve with taco corn chips.
