Ingredients

  • 1 large avocado (soft ripe)
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. light cream
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of cayenne
  • 1/8 tsp. sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Peel avocado and cut into chunks.
  2. 2
    Blend in blender with sour cream and cream; blend briefly and then add rest of ingredients. Blend until smooth (several minutes).

    Cover and chill with plastic film on surface of mixture so it will not darken.

    Makes 2 cups.
