  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1/2 jalapeno
  • 1 can low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 bunch green onion
  • 1/2 lime

    start by cutting avocados and add to blender with all ingredients.

    check salt level.

    your gazpacho will be soup like consistency.

    before chilling add your 1/2 lime squeezed stir & chill for 20 minutes in a plastic container.
