Avocado-Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Mango, Chopped
  • 1/4 cups Fresh Pineapple (Not Canned)
  • 1/4 cups Fresh Corn
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Cilantro
  • 1 pinch Chili Powder
  • 1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes, to taste
  • 1 pinch Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Hot Sauce (such As Tapatio), Or More To Taste
  • 1/2 whole Lime, Juiced
  • 1 whole Avocado, Chopped

Directions

    In a serving bowl, combine all ingredients (except the avocado).

    Mix together.

    Let cool in the refrigerator for at least two hours (will store well for up to two days).

    Add the avocado 30 minutes prior to serving, return to the refrigerator.

    Im sure this recipe would be GREAT with some red onion, but being that Im an onion hater, I opted not to include it.
