- 1 whole avocado ripe, scooped, depending on the size
- 1 1/2 cups low fat milk Whole milk/
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 4 teaspoons milk powder Rainbow
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream London Dairy, or any other good ice cream brand
Directions

1Scoop or spoon out a ripe avocado in a mixer. Make sure that the avocado is soft from outside. If you use an avocado that is hard, your milkshake will taste bitter.

2Now add milk, sugar, milk powder and blend it all together.

3Lastly add the ice cream and blend it well.

4Serve Immediately.
