  • 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cups avocado diced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1 lime
  • salt
  • 1 piece onion
  • garlic salt

Directions

    Hydrate the gelatin in the water. Microwave for 15 seconds. Set aside.

    In a blender, add the avocado, mayonnaise, cream, lime juice, salt to taste, onion, garlic salt, and gelatin.

    Pour into a mold and refrigerate for 8 hours.
