- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg
- 1 avocado, mashed
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Directions

1Pre-heat oven to 375°F.
