  • 4 each tomatoes fresh
  • 1 each avocados ripe
  • 2 lemon juice
  • 1 pinch chili powder
  • 1 handful alfalfa sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons celery chopped or green bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon parsley leaves chopped
  • 1 pinch coriander
  • 1 x salt

Directions

    Cut tops off tomatoes and scoop out insides.

    Save insides for another dish.

    Mash avocado and mix with the rest of the ingredients.

    Stuff into the tomato shells.
