- 4 each tomatoes fresh
- 1 each avocados ripe
- 2 lemon juice
- 1 pinch chili powder
- 1 handful alfalfa sprouts
- 2 tablespoons celery chopped or green bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon parsley leaves chopped
- 1 pinch coriander
- 1 x salt
Directions

1Cut tops off tomatoes and scoop out insides.

2Save insides for another dish.

3Mash avocado and mix with the rest of the ingredients.

4Stuff into the tomato shells.
