- 1 cup Fresh Basil
- 2 whole Avocados, Peeled And Pitted
- 1/2 cups Chopped Walnuts
- 1 teaspoon Crushed Garlic
- 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
- 3/4 cups Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Ground Pepper
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.

2Blend until well-combined and smooth.

3Pour into a glass jar, cover and refrigerate if not using immediately.

4If using right away, stir pesto with 1 pound cooked pasta, and enjoy!

5Store any unused pesto in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
