Ingredients: 1 pound Polska Kielbasa; 2 stalks Celery; 1 whole Large Onion; 2 bunches Green Onions; 1 bag (16 Oz. Bag) Baby Carrots; 1 head Cabbage; 4 whole Small To Medium Potatoes; 1 quart Chicken Broth; 2 cups Water, If Needed; 1 pinch Salt; 1 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning Or Red Pepper; 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

1 pound Polska Kielbasa
2 stalks Celery
1 whole Large Onion
2 bunches Green Onions
1 bag (16 Oz. Bag) Baby Carrots
1 head Cabbage
4 whole Small To Medium Potatoes
1 quart Chicken Broth
2 cups Water, If Needed
1 pinch Salt
1 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning Or Red Pepper
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

In a large pot, dice up the celery, onion, kielbasa, and green onions. Add the carrots, chicken broth, salt, cajun seasoning, and garlic powder. Bring to a boil. Add water if necessary. Cut the cabbage into bite-sized shreds and add to the pot. Turn the heat down to medium and let simmer for about 10 minutes. Dice the potatoes and throw them in. Let cook for about 10 more minutes.
