- 2-3 country style ribs per person, or, 1 slab for 2 people
- 1 c. catsup
- 1 c. water
- 1 stalk celery, leaves cut fine
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Directions

1Dip ribs in flour and brown in small amount of oil.

2Place ribs in sauce made with remaining ingredients.

3Spoon sauce over ribs to make sure they are covered.

4Cover pan and simmer at 220° for 1 1/2 hours or more.

5Turn ribs once or twice.

6Add water as needed, in small amounts.
