- 28 large pimento stuffed olives
- 2 cups grated extra old cheddar cheese
- 14 slices bacon, cut in half
- toothpick
Directions

1Cut the olives in half lengthwise.

2Remove the pimentos and chop fine.

3Blend the cheese and pimentos.

4Stuff the olive halves with the cheese mixture.

5Press halves together, wrap in 1/2 slice bacon and secure with toothpick.

6Broil for 4-5 minutes on each side until the bacon is crispy.
