- 1 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 c. coarsely grated Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. large flaky refrigerator biscuits
- 20 very thin slices pepperoni
Directions

1Combine Ricotta, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses in small bowl and mix.

2Half each biscuit horizontally making 20 thin biscuits. If kitchen is hot, refrigerate half the dough.

3Shape one piece of dough into an oval about 2 1/2 x 4-inches.

4Place a slice of pepperoni slightly off center on the dough.

5Top with one level tablespoon of cheese mixture.

6Moisten edge and fold dough over to enclose filling.

7Pinch edges to seal.

8Place on lightly greased baking sheet.

9Repeat.

10Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
