  • 3 # Beef, cut into bit-sized chunks
  • 6 potatoes, cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 5 onions, diced
  • tomatoes, 28 oz. can
  • garlic, 1 whole bulb, crushed
  • 9 carrots, sliced
  • 1 # Green Beans, cut in half
  • 6 zucchini, sliced
  • 2 green bell peppers, diced
  • 2 15-oz cans corn
  • red wine
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • dill
  • black pepper
