- white bread
- 3 c. milk
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Remove crust from bread.

2Place in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. (Fill all the spaces.)

3Fry bacon and break into pieces.

4Sprinkle cheese and bacon on bread.

5Beat eggs and add milk.

6Pour over bread and sprinkle salt on top.

7Refrigerate overnight.

8Bake the next day for 1 to 1 1/4 hours at 350°.
