Bacon and Spinach Quiche

- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 dash pepper
- 9 inches unbaked pie crusts
- 4 center-cut bacon
- 3 large eggs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Mix flour and cheese together separately.

3Lightly beat eggs, milk and pepper.

4Chop spinach into pieces about 1-2 inches and mix into eggs.

5Pour cheese and flour into the egg and spinach mixture, lightly mixing as you add it.

6This is easy, like making an omelet.

7You can add more ingredients, like adding onions, fresh garlic, tomato's (on top last 5 min of cooking), top with cornflakes for added sweetness.

8Use low fat or non-fat milk and cheese (my preferred method).

9Additional meats; sausage, chicken, pork, fish, etc -- just remember to precook all meats.

10Have fun and don't be afraid to make it your own!

11Pour your ingredients into the pie crust, top with bacon and back in the oven for 60 minutes or until quiche has risen and is set!
