- 6 slices bacon
- 1 12 lbs ground beef
- 12 cup Italian style breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 12 cup ketchup
- 14 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (to taste of your favorite)
Directions

1Fry bacon, cool and crumble.

2Mix hamburger, bacon, bread crumb and the egg.

3Form 1/4-pound burger patties.

4Grill over hot coals for about 10 minutes turning every 2 minutes or so and brushing with the glaze.

5Use any remaining glaze to spread on your hamburger rolls.
