- 2 1/2 cups cubed and peeled potatoes
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 4 1/2 teaspoons minced chives
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions

1Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water; bring to a boil.

2Reduce heat; cover and cook for 20 minutes or until tender.
