- 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/3 c. cooking oil
- 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions

1Spray muffin pan with Pam.

2In a large bowl, mix flour, cheese, sugar, baking powder and salt.

3Set aside.

4In a small bowl, mix egg, milk and oil.

5Add to flour mixture.

6Stir until moist.

7Batter will be lumpy.

8Fold in the crumbled bacon.

9Fill the muffin cups even with the top.

10Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes or until muffins are golden.
