Bacon Cheddar Puffs

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Bring milk and margarine to a boil over medium heat.

    Add flour, all at once, stirring until mixture forms a ball and leaves side of pan.

    Remove from heat.

    Add eggs, one at a time, stirring until smooth.

    Add remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased foil-lined cookie sheet.

    Bake 25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.

    Wrap securely and freeze.
