  • 300 grams Strong (bread) flour
  • 30 grams Sugar
  • 4 grams Salt
  • 40 grams Butter
  • 220 grams Milk
  • 4 grams Dried yeast
  • 100 grams~ A) Bacon
  • 2 slices~ A) Processed cheese
  • 1 (to taste) B) Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (to taste) B) Black Pepper
  • 1 dash Garlic Margarine (optional)

Directions

    Finely chop the bacon and cheese.

    Make the bread dough in the bread maker and let it proof.

    Separate into 2 portions and let rest for 15 minutes.

    After proofing.

    Roll out the dough into a 25 cm square, matching the size to the bread pan.

    Spread with margarine and scatter on the chopped ingredients from Step 1.

    Sprinkle with grated cheese.

    Wrap it up tightly and seal the ends.

    Place into the greased bread pans and let rise a second time until they fill about 80% of the pan.

    Close the lid and bake in a 200C oven.

    Slide open the lid about 20 cm, and drop the pan at a height.
