- 1 (8 or 9-inch) unbaked pie shell
- 1/2 lb. sliced bacon
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 c. (6 oz. can) evaporated milk
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Fry bacon until crisp; drain.

3Crumble into pie shell.

4Arrange shredded cheese over bacon.

5Beat eggs slightly with both milks and seasonings.

6Pour over cheese.

7Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted 2 inches from edge comes out clean.
