  • 1/2 lb. sliced bacon
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 c. (6 oz. can) evaporated milk
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper

    Fry bacon until crisp; drain.
