Bacon Cheese Roll-Ups

- 1 loaf bread (crust cut off)
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. parsley flakes
- 1 lb. bacon slices, cut in half
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix together cheese and parsley. Spread onto each slice of bread.

3Roll lengthwise and cut in half. Wrap each with bacon and secure with toothpick.

4Place on cookie sheet and bake until bacon is done.
